How Culmentech handles your data

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Who we are

Culmentech is a document-chasing and client follow-up service for mortgage brokers, run by Roman Kormysh. For anything in this notice, contact roman.kormysh@culmentech.com. When we set up automation inside your firm's tools, your firm is the data controller for your clients' data and Culmentech acts as a processor under your instructions.

What this website collects

If you book a call through the form on this site, we collect the details you enter — your name, email, firm name (optional) and any note you add — plus the time slot you choose. That's it. We don't run advertising trackers or sell any data.

Why we use it, and the legal basis

We use those details only to arrange and hold the call you requested, and to follow up about it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started, and taking steps toward a possible contract at your request.

Where your details go

Booking requests are handled through our scheduling automation and a Google Calendar event is created so both of us get the invite. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security terms. We don't store your details anywhere else, and we never pass them to third parties for marketing. This site also loads fonts and scripts from Google and public CDNs (Cloudflare, unpkg); doing so shares your IP address with them purely to deliver the page.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details only as long as needed to hold the call and follow up on it. If we don't end up working together, we delete them within a reasonable period. If we do, retention is covered by the agreement we sign.

Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email roman.kormysh@culmentech.com and we'll action it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, though we'd rather sort it out with you first.
